Becoming Present with Helichrysum: unlocking conversations with children and adults

Claire began her Aromatherapy journey alongside massage as the application of it and has since gone on to guide self-care product making for both adults and children.
Claire has combined her skills as a Forest School Leader to bring oils to life through nature - 
being outside, showing the raw plant materials, and embedding knowledge within a sensory curriculum.
This program is now in its third year, being delivered within schools during Forest School sessions and in wraparound care where she has created a fun club for kids to explore and regulate.
Claire has now created 3 accredited courses to teach others to deliver this care in their communities wherever they are in the world.
